About Us | Pacific Web
Our Story

From a garage router closet to a national network

Pacific Web was founded by a small group of network engineers who were frustrated with unreliable local ISPs. What began as a fixed-wireless service for a single district grew, barangay by barangay, into a full fiber-optic network spanning Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

We still run the business the way we started it: engineers answer the phones, technicians own their routes, and every outage gets a public advisory — not silence.

Mission

Deliver dependable, affordable fiber internet to every household and business we can reach — with support that treats every ticket like it matters.

Vision

To be the most trusted internet provider in the Philippines, known as much for our uptime as for how we treat our customers.

Core Values

Reliability, transparency, and craftsmanship — in our network, our pricing, and every customer interaction.
